Jake Scott is a founder and the current Managing Partner of FDX Offshore. Since forming FDX Offshore in 2012, Jake has provided over $500mm in financing for maritime projects ranging from brownwater tugs and barges to VLCC's, offshore drill rigs and LNG ships.
Jake is from a third generation shipping family and has significant ongoing business relationships with global financial institutions, public and private shipping companies, energy majors, sovereign oil companies and ship owner/operators.
G. Andy Tuchman
Andy is a partner at FDX Offshore with 13 years of investing experience. He has deployed and managed capital spanning the investment spectrum; from long-term illiquid private equity to high-frequency options trading strategies. He is also the Founder and Managing Member of Mahopac Capital Partners LLC, a global macro investment firm.
Andy began his career as a derivatives trader for Optiver US LLC, a leading global proprietary trading firm, becoming the head of precious metals trading in under two years.
Andy holds a BA in Mathematics from Cornell University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
Kevin R. Greene
Kevin is the Managing Partner of James Alpha Management, a family office that is a leader and pioneer in the marketplace of emerging alternative fund managers.
Previously, Kevin was the Chairman & CEO of Capital Resource Holdings, LLC the holding company parent of CRA Rogers Casey, one of the leading pension consulting firms in the U.S. Kevin also founded Bryant Park Capital, a privately held investment bank specializing in private equity financing and mergers and acquisitions. His early career included positions as a Senior Consultant with McKinsey & Co, and a Senior Commodities Analyst with E.F. Hutton. Kevin holds a B.A. in Economics (with distinction) from Georgetown University, a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard University, and an MBA in Finance from New York University.
Denis J. Nayden
Denis is a former Managing Partner of Oak Hill Capital Partners, a leading U.S. based middle-market private equity firm. He currently represents Oak Hill on the boards of directors of Accretive Healthcare, Avolon Aerospace Limited, Firth Rixson Ltd., Genpact, Jacobson Companies, Primus International and RSC Equipment Rental.
Prior to joining Oak Hill, Denis was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GE Capital, where he was responsible for 20 separate businesses representing $555 billion of aggregate assets and 90,000 employees in 35 countries.
